Lisa has spent the past 20+ years in HR and People Executive Leadership roles for a variety of companies. Having worked in retail, education wholesale, manufacturing, healthcare non-profit, and tech start-up industries, Lisa has a deep understanding of the diverse talent needs to drive business results.
Lisa has served on the HR Forbes Council as well as received the HR Executive of the Year award by Best in Biz Awards. Lisa serves on the board for SHRM-STL and has facilitated sessions through SHRM, ATD-STL, AAIM Leadership Conference, Enterprise University, as well as Small Giants Leadership Institute. Having served as an HR practitioner, keeps Lisa up to date on current struggles within businesses.
Lisa is married and has 3 girls. She enjoys spending time playing dress up, coaching volleyball, and sipping coffee at various coffee shops around STL.
